Products & Services

Designs by Diqah offers custom and ready-made press-on nails and beauty services. All products are handmade with care. Slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless stated otherwise.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, Fedex).

  • Tracking is provided once your item ships.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a clear error on our part.

If you receive a defective product, contact us with photos within 72 hours of delivery for evaluation.

Appointments & Services

All lash and nail services must be booked in advance through the provided booking platform. A deposit may be required and is non-refundable unless rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours' notice, depending on your booking policy.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, product images, designs, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of Designs by Diqah and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damage resulting from misuse of products or failure to follow aftercare instructions. You use our products and services at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
