At Design by Diqah, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our press-on nails are custom-made and hygiene-sensitive, all sales are final. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each set is handcrafted, made-to-order, and cannot be restocked or resold.

Order Issues or Damages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an error on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Incorrect Sizing

We are not responsible for incorrect sizing due to customer error. Please refer to our Nail Sizing Guide before ordering. If you're unsure, we highly recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing a full set.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, all sales are processed and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim or check with your local post office.
