APPOINTMENTS POLICY

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

  • A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This will be applied toward your final service total.

  • If you need to reschedule, your deposit will transfer only if 25+ hours’ notice is provided.

  • Cancellations with less than 25 hours' notice or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

TRAVEL POLICY

  • A $11 travel fee will be added to all travel visit appointments.

LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS

  • No late fee required, but communication is key. Please message me if you will be late or need to cancel.

GUESTS & CHILDREN

  • Let me know in advance if you'll be bringing guests.

  • Children are always welcome, but please notify me beforehand.

NAIL DESIGN REQUESTS

  • Please send me your desired design at least a few days before your appointment so I can order the correct supplies in time.

LOCATION AVAILABILITY

  • Selden, NY: Open availability

  • Nassau and Queens, NY: Available upon request on website
